Originally released July 21, 2009, the 3kStatic EP Sugar Evolver (featuring Kevin Max) has been remastered (2020), and is available in physical format for the first time as a stand-alone title.
The single was included on the 3kStatic Sony Creative Software sound library and companion album Evolver in 2009, while the EP has not been previously available on disc.
An exercise in genre-clashing collaborations, the EP features vocals and lyrics by Kevin Max (dcTalk, Audio Adrenaline) and keyboards/synths by David Manion (Kansas).
