3kStatic is currently collaborating with bassist, vocalist and multi-disciplinary artist Monique Ortiz on The Vice of Reason, a full-length album project anticipated for 2024 release.

The first single from the album is expected in early 2024, with additional tracks also being slated for Ortiz’ solo releases.

Hailed as one of the world’s leading bassists, Ortiz is a veteran of the alt-rock scene, having fronted bands Bourbon Princess and Alien Knife Fight, and as a member of A.K.A.C.O.D with Morphine founding member Dana Colley.

Production of The Vice of Reason began in 2022.
