3kStatic remixes will appear on the forthcoming Maxi-Single “Dapper” by Monique Ortiz + HYPNO Soundsystem, available from 7 June.
The release marks the first foray into electronic/dance music by indie rock veteran Monique Ortiz, paired with emerging UK/US producer Darren Chorley of HYPNO Soundsystem.
The “Dapper” Maxi-single also includes the Chorley composition “In the Name of Love”, with the “HYPNO707 Mix” – currently being serviced to DJ and promotional pools.
3kStatic has contributed remixes of both “Dapper” and “In the Name of Love”.
Featuring commissioned artwork by Hardison Collins III, the “Dapper” EP will be available on all streaming services, while the limited edition companion disc will be available for pre-order soon at moniqueortiz.com
