Acclaimed independent rock artist MONIQUE ORTIZ marks a dramatic return to the alternative pop scene with "Rise of Nones", a dazzling

association and collaborations with members of the iconic band Morphine - staking her claim to a new, alternative high ground with a collection of ten iconic new tracks, including "Feels Like I'm Missing", featuring Morphine co-founder Dana Colley.
